Description
Ruh Khus is basically pure natural Khus (Vetiver) oil having fragrance that is best described as sweet, deep, woody, earthy, smoky, amber and balsam. The best quality Khus oil is distilled from 18 to 24 months old vetiver grass roots through traditional hydro/ hydro-steam distillation technique. With superior oil obtained from cultivated varieties, it offers a fragrance that evokes both warmth & compassion.
Uses
Khus is also known as ‘Cool Breeze’ and "Oil of Tranquility", as it is used to keep houses cool since ancient times. With a cooling and relaxing fragrance, Ruh Khus establishes harmony between body and mind and balances Kapha and Pitta. It has natural refrigeration properties and is used as perfume to cool the body. Further, it has various aromatherapy based applications.
