Red Chilli Powder and Paste

Chili (Capsicum annum) is nature's wonder. Chilies contain capsaicin - the potent substance that gives them their 'fiery' character. Our Red Chilli powder and paste add color and flavors to many cuisines. The pungent curries of India, the blistering sambals of Indonesia, the spicy Thai soups and the piquant Mexican salsas would certainly lose their zest were it not for the chillies used. Red Chillies are very good source of Vit.C and Vit.A.

Chilli powder produced from grinding of dried chillies. The colour of the chilli powder is red and the shape is fine to medium powder. Odour is aromatically strong and the taste is characteristic, strong and spicy. It shall be free from musty odour and rancidity. For our Chilli paste, dry red chillies soaked in water and ground to paste form alone (raw paste) or along with salt and other spices. Optional ingredients like onion, garlic, salt, oil, pepper, mustard, cloves, cinnamon, etc are also added to our chilli paste as choice of our customers. The chilli paste shall be prepared and packed in hygienic conditions; it may contain permitted preservatives, processing aids, and antioxidants for shelf life more than one year. Here are some specifications of quality standard of our Chilli powder and raw paste.

Ginger Powder and Paste

Ginger is a perennial plant indigenous to tropical Asia and has a recorded history of use in India dating from the 4th Century B.C. Used primarily as a spice; it is added to fruits, vegetables, salads, meats, poultry, and beverages. The methodology for making powder and paste is almost same as chilli powder and paste.

Ginger is an especially wonderful ally because its healing benefits are particular to so many of our daily health concerns. Probably best known as a superb digestive aid and nausea reliever, ginger also helps heal ulcers, supports cardiovascular health, reduces pain and inflammation, and speeds recovery from colds and flu while reducing fevers. Here are some specifications of quality standard of our Ginger powder and raw paste.

Garlic Powder and Paste

Garlic (Allium sativum) has been recognized for its medicinal value as well as distinct flavor. The most important part of this plant for medicinal purposes is the compound bulb. Each bulb is made up of 4 to 20 cloves, and each clove weighs about 4 gram. The parts of the plant used medicinally include fresh bulbs, dried bulbs, and oil extracted from the garlic. Garlic is a fast and a easy way to add zesty pungent flavor to many dishes and is excellent when used in many European recipes including pizza and pasta.

Tomato soups are flavoured with the addition of our garlic powder or paste. Canned soups and meat products use garlic powder for flavoring purposes. In sausages, hamburgers and salami, the dehydrated garlic powder is added to give the typical flavour of garlic. Certain salad dressings also use garlic powder. Garlic powder is also used in Ayurvedic medicines for improper digestion, throat troubles and for coughs and bad colds. Here are some specifications of our Garlic powder and paste.
